Vigilancia Sanitaria adscrita a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Regulaci\u00f3n Sanitaria de Productos de Uso y Consumo Humano del INHRR, seg\u00fan la opci\u00f3n de su preferencia:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Los defectos de calidad son problemas que pueden producirse durante el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n y son responsabilidad del laboratorio productor, la mayor\u00eda puede evidenciarse como cambios en el aspecto del medicamentos, es decir:<\/p><ul><li>color distinto,<\/li><li>olor desagradable,<\/li><li>presencia de gases,<\/li><li>ablandamiento o fractura de las tabletas o comprimidos,<\/li><li>c\u00e1psulas con presencia de humedad, aceitosas, de tama\u00f1os y colores diferentes<\/li><li>cremas o ung\u00fcentos no homog\u00e9neos (capas separadas), presencia de grumos o part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas<\/li><li>suspensiones que no se redispersan (se mantiene separado el polvo del l\u00edquido)<\/li><li>presencia de contaminaci\u00f3n microbiol\u00f3gica<\/li><li>jarabes o soluciones con presencia de part\u00edculas<\/li><li>Falta de eficacia<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reporte
