pacientes mediante una informaci\u00f3n clara y accesible.<br \/><br \/>Es crucial alertar a las autoridades sanitarias de inmediato si surge una manifestaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica imprevista al ingerir un medicamento.<br \/><br \/>Es prioritario notificar cualquier indicio de efecto colateral no deseado para asegurar terapias farmacol\u00f3gicas confiables para la poblaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/>Dicho reporte se efect\u00faa de manera directa ante el Centro Nacional de Vigilancia Farmacol\u00f3gica (Cenavif), ente dependiente del Instituto Nacional de Higiene Rafael Rangel (INHRR), o mediante la
